How secure is my data?
We use encryption and security technologies with the highest standards. Our servers are located in Germany and are therefore subject to the high European security standards. We also use highly secure SSL encryption for the transmission of all data. You can find more information about data protection in our privacy policy.
What are the refund conditions?
No refunds will be given. If you cancel your package before the next renewal, you retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription term. When your subscription expires, you lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
What are the notice periods?
Our contracts can be terminated up to 14 days before the end of the contract period.
